Our company consists of  three main departments; Property Investment - servicing all levels of international investor including; private consortiums, specialist investment funds and private buyers looking for a buy to let or a first home. We offer a wide range of properties from residential, Land and development projects to yield producing units (residential, office, retail or industrial).

In addition we offer both Commercial & Residential property management providing our clients with custom solutions suited to their individual requirements whilst utilising the latest industry standard property management systems to ensure quality and continuous improvement on investment return.

Romauction has recently moved to a new and larger premises well located in downtown Bucharest. The site houses office space for our property brokerage/management personnel and a meeting room.

Client consultations can be arranged at our Bucharest office client's offices or for our international clients conference calling.

Systematic research & analysis of the Romanian Real Estate Market is carried out on a regular basis to identify the market. The results are impressive displaying typical yields from; 7-10% P.A. on buy to let & up to 50%+ on land acquisitions with general appreciation on investment of 15%+ P.A. Also evident were high demands against small supply of new build (off plan) residential, class ‘A commercial units and retail spaces throughout the city.
